Michelle Warren
Michelle Warren is the founder and president of MW Research & Consulting (MWRC).
Michelle's experience includes nearly a decade as an Information Technology (IT) analyst, providing marketing and strategic counsel to leading technology service and product organizations.
As an industry analyst, Michelle researches, produces and publishes analytical and information reports. She is a prolific writer for industry trade publications and conducts and participates in sales training and roundtable discussions. Michelle is frequently sought after by print and online publications and broadcast media as an expert spokesperson on Canadian IT industry issues.
A professional coach for more than five years, Michelle helps individuals clearly identify, define and obtain their professional and personal objectives. By establishing goals, her clients improve their focus and productivity, increase their communication and leadership skills, and enhance their abilities to manage time, delegate tasks and ultimately achieve more balanced lives. Michelle's clientele includes North American entrepreneurs, sales professionals and executive managers.
Previously, Michelle managed an entrepreneurial Canadian-based IT manufacturing firm. As operations manager, she streamlined business processes, implemented cost-effective procedures, supervised production, conducted sales forecasting meetings and managed recruitment.
Michelle is also a past club president of the Phoenix-Toronto Toastmasters club, (part of Toastmasters International), which specializes in communication, leadership and presentation skills. She is past president of the Toronto Debating Society, and an active member of the GTA chapter of the International Coaching Federation.
